IncrediHELPER is basically the stage before becoming a mod. Pnce the training is over, you will be upgraded to a mod. It's not very easy at all.

I think to be a mod you probably would have to have to be very helpful and kind to everyone. You probably also have to just have that feel about you that you can be trusted. Something in which you can't change.
