Am I missing something or is there no way to change the keys used to rotate a rotating joint?

edit: seems I can set them in the Challenges but not in the Dump Bot level.

I think that editing the keys is disabled, for that tutorial level. Will have to check on that, though.

Hmm, loaded the Monkey Fail replay and got a "credit limit exceeded" message that wouldn't go away. Tried it again and it seemed to work. I'll try to recreate.

Oh neat, I just discovered the keybinding thing... that should make it a bit easier Happy

Could I suggest that the "Cut" button be replaced by a "Duplicate" (copy+paste in one click) button. I've never seen a reason to do a cut (why not just drag the object?) but every time I've copied something I've wanted to paste it straight away.

Beating the obstacle course for the win Happy (there is a saved replay called "FTW", but it has the same bug as the other one).

When I finished the level, I saved the replay, then went to view it, from this view if I click on "Share", it says that I need to save it as a public replay first - it should link the previous save with that.

Thanks for the reports, guys! We'll look into these.

Too bad your replays didn't work Andy... how did you trigger the drawbridge with that bot?

About the key binding thing. There needs to be a pop-up window or something where you can label what keys do. Like when a person makes a robot and adds keys w,a,s,d a box will pop up that allows them to label what the keys do for that robot. Then when another person loads that robot the key bindings will show up in a little box. Right now I found myself mashing the keyboard for a response. Feeling blue

That bot can "fly", so I had a few attempts at flying it into the target and got it eventually.

My original attempts failed because I had the motors opposing each other (I didn't realise I could change the key bindings). Once they worked together you can nearly drive it Happy

A "swap" button might be nice for the key bindings though, I think that would be a fairly common action.

One minor gripe that I do have is: can you make it so I can resize parts after placing them? Only after spending ages creating my machine, I find I've made a part too big and have to replace numerous joints after resizing it. And then I find I've still got the size wrong.

Also, is it possible to have a button which allows you to restart a simulation, rather than go back into tweaking mode and then back into the simulation? Only, most of the time the problem is not in the machine, but in the way my clumsy fingers handle it!

EDIT: Oh, and I've just come across another problem. I've made a robot and its successful attempt at finishing "Off-Road". I fancy sharing it, since it's beaten all the other scores (yay!), so I save both the robot and the replay and click on the "Comment on this Robot" button (whilst the forums say "Comment on this Replay", I presume it's the same thing, or am I missing something?). It connect to the forums and then says: "Error: a database error has occured". Any light to shed?

EDIT AGAIN!: Oh, if I view the replay of "Ryan Clark: 600", your score on "Off-Road", it links to your attempt at the long jump.

Fixed that for you Happy (only just)

Now, I know that the challenge is called: "Off - Road", but that was ridiculous!

Could we possibly get the ability to have objects collide with themselves? Like the ability to assign collision groups. Right now when I try to build something complex it assumes that I don't want any of the objects to collide with one another.

Also the undo button doesn't undo color changes.

Hm, like a "collides with self" checkbox?

But then how would it work... it wouldn't collide with any object DIRECTLY joined to it by rotating, sliding, or fixed joint, but it WOULD collide with everything else?

Definitely a bug; thanks!
